Georgian Anti-Doping Agency expands doping control team

The Georgian Anti-Doping Agency has decided to expand its doping control team and to involve new Doping Control Officers in the process. To achieve this goal, on 1 November 2025, the Agency conducted a specially designed training program. the Agency conducted a specially designed training program that included both theoretical and practical components.
Throughout the training, candidates studied international standards for doping control, procedural requirements, sample collection steps, and best practices for effective communication with athletes.
Upon completing the training course, participants took a final examination, which all candidates successfully passed. As a result, the selected individuals have been granted the authority to take part in doping control activities across Georgia.
