Visit of representatives of Georgian Anti-Doping Agency to Norway

On October 8-11, 2024, two employees of the Georgian Anti-Doping Agency, Mariam Kalandadze (PR and Communications Manager) and Mariam Markozashvili (Quality Management and Personal Data Protection Manager), were on an official business trip to Oslo, Norway.

The visit to Norway represents a significant opportunity to improve professional knowledge and relationships with international colleagues.

The visit aimed to deepen relationships and enhance professional knowledge. During the visit, special attention was paid to communication and marketing strategies, quality management systems, and data protection processes.

Mariam Kalandadze familiarized herself with public relations strategies and communication channels, which are crucial for both internal and external communications, specifically: developing integrated communication plans that ensure alignment with organizational corporate goals, mastering the principles of effective use of digital platforms and social media, studying innovative approaches to crisis communication and reputation management, and learning modern methods for measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication and marketing campaigns.

During the visit, Mariam Markozashvili studied quality management system development processes, specifically: initial steps and evaluation of core documentation, process definition, criteria for their sequence and functioning, methods for monitoring and evaluating ongoing processes, standards for achieving results, and foundations for continuous improvement.
